Avoid him. He ripped his clients off, tried to drag on the case forever possible without any resolution. The communication is almost impossible (charges arm and leg for making/receiving phone calls, writing/reading emails, no matter how short, and even for "listening to voicemail"). Did not bother to actually research the case. Tons of money were simply wasted.
