Mr. Miller is a great lawyer.Maybe your children wanted to be with the other parent did you ever think about that. You sound like a hot head. My son went to Mr. Miller and he got a great custody agreement even mended some old history between the mother and father. My son sees his children all the time even when it's not his time. The other lawyer my son had was horrible. Mr Miller worked hard for my son and even got his custody costs down.If you are so upset, try again, if you care so much instead of blaming Dan. He works hard for his clients and we are very pleased with the outcome! Grandmother of two adorable grandchilden , N.W.

AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL COSTS!!! He did the absolute minimum of work. Didn't bring evidence to the trial (forgot it at his office), and did the absolute bare minimum to even be considered an attorney. My son testified for over an hour for her attorney. Dan questioned my son for a little over 5 minutes before he was done!! I lost my custody battle with my x because of his poor work. I went from having my kids full time, and nows he has full legal custody of them and gets to decide if and when I get to see my kids. And because of his extremely poor work I have seen my kids a total of 1 time in the last 12 months. My kids now call me by my first name instead of dad!!! I've spoken with my kids about 8 times in the last year! She just recently changed her phone number and wont give me the new one. So now I can only communicate with my kids thru mail! If you want to keep your kids.... AVOID THIS ATTORNEY AT ALL, AND I MEAN ALL COSTS!
