In less than one year, after agreeing to take my case, Dan was able to bring it to fruition. I always could count on Dan to return any of my queries in a very timely manner. After 8 years I was required to show a provincial court I was divorced. I tried various sources as did my current legal counsel.we both approached Regina, Court of Queens bench only to be told there were no records in their "Gemini" system.as a last resort I returned to Daniel to ask for help. Within 24 hours he and his assistant, karen obtained the court documents certified and signed, emailed to me and forwarded hardcopy by mail. AWESOME !!, courteous, quality and efficient. Hence my rating.

Dan was my lawyer for my divorce proceedings. All I can say is I couldn't have gotten through this hard time without Dan in my corner. He helped me stay calm, he explained things to me, he allowed me to make monthly payments after the initial retainer and he also got me results quickly. My divorce was completed within 8 months and I am very happy with the results. I can't say enough good things about his office assistant either. She was so friendly and personable. This is a very excellent lawyer and will consider for the client with heart. Even though I only consulted and did not start the legal process, he patiently answered all my questions and gave some suggestions that are more suitable for me. It even included how to deal with the situation if you do not hire a lawyer. And also list the whole document I need, and tell me how to get them and how to fill them. Maybe my case is not hard, but even a simple case Mr Tapp will deal with it with full heart and respect, I like him very much.

Mr.Tapp is a remarkable lawyer! I am not even sure where to start to express how thankful I am that I found him. For a few years now I have felt extremely alone and stressed trying to work through a Child Support case issue, and then I found Mr.Tapp! Since the first day I walked into his office I cannot tell you how I feel these days knowing he is behind me and has my back. He is always honest and upfront and when I have a question or concern he is quick to answer me back. He also communicates anything he has in no time at all. I had Daniel Tapp represent me in connection with my ex spouses estate. We had lived together for more than 25 years. He left me the beneficiary of his RRIFS and under his Will. The Estate was being attacked by his 3 adult children who had done nothing for their father. At a reasonable cost Dan won the battle for me and the estate was settled quickly. Dan was highly professional caring efficient and effective. Highly recommend Dan.

This lawyer is a farce.I live in Alberta,so I got this guy from the internet.All I wanted was him to get me a detailed accounting as required by the Will and Estates act of Sask.on my mothers estate from the executor.He started taking money,without accomplishing anything. When ever I balked he would just say "it seems you have lost faith in me,so I have to withdraw,unless you send me more,I will withdraw"So I kept sending more to protect what I already paid him.wrongfully assuming he would accomplish something. So for over $23,000 nothing was done,except a bunch of e-mails and useless rhetoric.I refused to pay him anymore,and asked for $15,000 back. He refused and withdrew!. I laid a complaint with the law Society,they found 5 things that he did wrong in my case.But still nothing happened. He kept my money and hid behind the Law Society. And I still have no accounting!!! My recommendations to all is to never hire Daniel Tapp,he is totally useless in settling an estate

Dan was there for me when no one else had the tenacity to step up for me in an extremely difficult situation. I am absolutely taken aback by his compassionate attentiveness to my situation that required experience, very hard work, and resolve. If it were not for Dan, things could have gone very differently in court for me. I don't think anyone else could of handled this with such professionalism, as I had a few lawyers that I consulted with that just pale in comparison to his immediate drive and understanding. I have had serious injustice foisted upon me and Dan was not having it. If you require efficient help in a legal manner, do not hesitate to help yourself by getting this man to get it done. Daniel is simply the type of lawyer who does not want to work with you at all. His notes are weak, and communication even weaker. I was in a situation where it was far more important for me to resolve the matter quickly, but he was unresponsive, and when I asked for specific things to be done, he claimed I "had no confidence in him" and dropped me as a client, costing me $10K for literally nothing, and leaving me to hang in the wind in the middle of a critical part of my case. I am extremely disappointed in him, and I would say he is genuinely unethical. Use him at your own risk.

I am from Alberta and hired Mr.Daniel Tapp from Regina SK. Although I have never personally met him, we have corresponded via, phone & email. I had to hire him for family law (child support case). The results from my case have definite worked in my favor, he has shown he is knowledgeable, well experienced, and not scared to go head to head with the opposing party. Has made many suggestions to myself in regards what would work for both parties and myself. In the end, the price was a bit costly but well worth the end results. Highly recommend Dan for family law.

Dan worked on my divorce case. Not only was he extremely responsive and knowledgable, he managed to get a a judge to reject my partners sudden application for temporary custody of my children, when we were only given 24 hours notice by the other lawyer! It was quite the feat, and he was completely on the ball. He and his staff managed to compile a substantial amount evidence in a very short amount of time, showing that my partner was not fit to take my children away before we had a chance to go trial. Eventually though, we came out on top regardless of the roadblocks by my ex and he was well worth the money (if you want great/fast results)!. Highly recommend. Office has a nice down to earth feel too :) Thanks Guys!

Daniel represented me ,and was the worst Lawyer that I had ever retained ,in the end we won, but he was just as much a problem as the people that were being sued, Daniel caused me a lot of problems and un needed grief ,if you have a choice to get a different lawyer other then this one ,would be a wise choice ,I had a fire claim ,and daniel not only milked the bill but wanted money to carry on that he knew I did not have ,and becuase this was a fire claim ,I had pretty much lost everything ,and had to pawn what little I had less so he wouldnt drop this case ,he also did not know a lot of the things that he should have know

My kids have been taken from me because he only half done his job.... He was so focused on one part of my case that he ignored everything else. Then he quit halfway through. I've seen this man in court with several trials and he is always in trouble for not filing properly or past deadlines or whatever.... Do not use him!

Contacted him on several family matters, after repeated phone calls, and several emails which he did not return, went elsewhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Seems to be focused on $$$$ does not care about real people and problems. reading other posts about being under the care of a psychiatrist, this I would NOT doubt!!! spend your money elsewhere!!

Worse lawyer I have ever worked with. I wanted to back-out of a case because I knew we didn't have a chance and Dan refused and I was left with a large bill. He was under the care of a psychiatrist and under the monitor of the Law Society. Dan got a mistrial for his presentation and he was just reeling from another-one and then he turned on me with a lawsuit and generally jammed things up over a period of year. The only reason he eventually backed-off is I was able to find a decent lawyer that was not willing to play at Dan's level. Unless you have money to burn and time to waste find another lawyer.

Met with him and left our documents for him to review. He declined to take us on as it was too much for him to deal with at the time, then asked for a $1500 bill to be paid before we could have our documents back. Considering he did nothing and declined to do our case and forgot to mention any charges I was beyond shocked. Reception person was rude, and disrespectful. So thankful I he didn't want our case because I can't work with crooked, rude, money hungry liars!

Hired this man to fix up a big mess, He asked for 5500 straight up saying that this was a cut and dry case and it would NOT cost more than this, after 8 months of hearing nothing he emails asking for another 5500 paid it and the he walked away, stay away from this guy as he will promise you one thing and do the exact opposite!! waste of alot of money with absolutley NOTHING done!!!

Dan, when you first meet will offer truthful advice with a caring manner. He hides nothing, does not mislead and is very caring and accurate. If a person is upfront and TRUTHFUL with him he can help you in any matters. My wife and I placed our trust in him and we are both satisfied with his results and caring behaviour. This Lawyer was contacted by myself to clean up a big mess thatnhad occured, with a fiction will, plus theif of my fathers property, & abuse. All he did was charge alot of money to an elderly man 7 do nothing that he was asked to do then sent a letter asking for more to be put in trust account to proceed with the matters then, when asked about what was going on told myself plus father that 300-400 yr. old antiques were JUNK & would not refund any of the money that was to be put into trust account! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHARK, SAYS ONE THING & DOESN'T DO A THING. MR. RIP OFF!

This guy may have been meant for something else, because he isn't your standard evil greedy lawyer you would expect from some of the others in Regina.
