Jeff Nemerofsky, aka US Advocate Law Group, had his license to practice law revoked on October 16, 2009 and is under criminal investigation. Finally! He scammed me (and thousands of others, judging from internet complaints). Dealing with his company was a NIGHTMARE and they provided absolutely no help in my attempted loan modification. $3,500 wasted. I was told by his employees that US Advocate Law Group had a "special relationship" with the bank and do things I couldn't do on my own. I was told they were in constant contact with the bank about my case. Both claims were lies. The bank loan officer said she barely knew them and she was closing my case because they wouldn't respond to her calls for information or paperwork. I am suspicious that the other positive reviews on this site were posted by shills from Jeff's company. Google his name to see TONS of complaints.

January 2009 was when me and my husband had a divorce he left me with alot of bills and the house that had a very large mortgage and the rate was extremely high. I have a preety decent job but with the two kids and all the bills it became almost impossible to pay all of these bills. It came to the point were I couldnt afford clothes for my children.
After a few months of living this way I began searching for a loan modification expert, luckily for me I found jeff nemerofsky. This guy knew what he was talking about!! He spent hours talking to me he gave me the peace of mind I needed. After 60 days he had my loan at a very affordable rate and made sure that it was going to stay that way for the next 10 years.
Thank you jeff nemerofsky you gave me my life back, and the oppurtunity to start saving money for my childrens college funds. Id reccomend jeff to anyone, he will solve your problems like he solved mine.
