Though working under a managing attorney, he showed much initiative and conviction to provide the best representation for the client. Worked long extra hours and offered innovative approaches to resolve barriers on the road to a settlement. Though he was one of a number of individuals from the firm working on the case he appeared to have the best awareness of the effects of the rapidly changing economy on the case and could adapt. Most others in the firm seemed to be at times oblivious to the outside world and the need for a workable solution and at other times seemed unfamiliar with divorce proceedings though that is the firms speciality. He was more open to exploring issues and less concerned with offending opposing counsel if there was reasonable benefit to his client. I would recommend him without reservation.
