Click to report rating    6/13/11   5     5     5     5     5   He was my attorney for my divorce 3 years ago. He went above and beyond the basics to assure that I would not have future entanglements resulting from poor corporate and financial decisions made by my Ex. Due to my Ex's lack of response, poor first choice for an attorney, delay in contacting a second firm, and continued failure by him and his attorney to meet deadlines, our case was extended. David Inlander and his highly knowledgeble team assured that our legal response was excellent and thorough for all aspects of the case. I highly recommend him and will definitely call upon him again for future legal work. RID: 47042
Click to report rating    4/15/09   2     1     4     2     1   Retained for a divorce, he injected himself into a business transaction, rental of a single family home to a corporation for a relocating executive. He insisted we not use a lease which we have sucessfully used for 25 years. When asked what form to substitute he provided a generic form which appeared to have come from a stationary store. Following several weeks and more than $10,000 in fees to rewrite the lease he then got into direct contact with the corporate client with such onerous demands for documentation of authority that they backed out within 24 hours of occupancy. As for the divorce, opposing counsel had to be replaced 9 months into the case because the two attorneys did not return each others calls for two months. The case dragged out for 1 yr 364 days then rushed to settlement to avoid 2 yr review. Bill for my and wife's attorney came to nearly $300,000 for a uncomplicated divorce ie no children, custody, support, depositions, or trial. RID: 17410
