Mr Sink took over 5 months to render a decision in a case. He only ruled in favor of the claimant on issues that the defendant conceded. His fees exceeded $50,000 for the case. He repeatedly allowed the defendant to present evidence despite his own rulings that they could not present anything that they had not disclosed in advance. His decision against the claimant was based on a number of issues that the defendant did not even present or argue.
