I was very disappointed. After over 3 years of trying to resolve a family/estate issue and costing 30,000.+ I found out it could have been resolved in the first 6 months. This lawyer failed to communicate an offer to me made by the other party of which i would have accepted and in fact asked Mr. McDermot to relay my offer to the other party. Both lawyers involved decided that they would drag it out for 2 yrs. therefore costing me and the other party thousands more than what we should have paid...I'm very disatisfied and will be making a complaint to the Law Society.
