After learning Ms. Swenson was licensed in both Indiana and Florida we know she would meet our needs perfectly since we were preparing to relocate shortly. Following a phone conversation to assess our needs we made an appointment to complete wills and related documents as well as discuss issues re: any legal implication our relocation would have on our adult child's guardianship. Ms. Swenson was very knowledgeable of the different issues we may encounter in the Florida courts and offered her services if any questions or concerns arose in the future. She spent a very generous amount of time conducting our business and we felt we received thorough, complete documents and invaluable advice for the fee charged.

Angela Swenson jumped on board with me after my first court date Regarding a Guardianship for one of my parents. She had a limited amount of time, & considering the circumstances I thought she did a fine job representing me. I only wish I had found her sooner. My first attorney only wanted to work things out & kept trying to manipulate me, But Angie did exactly what I hired her to do. I did have a timeline of all the events that led me to apply for guardianship & had questions written down for her to ask, "and this is what has to be done in order to bring out the facts & or truth" to be shown. You can't just go in & read a statement for some reason. Court was yesterday on 2/13/2013 & even though a Decision wont be made until 2/20/2013 I have to say I'm very satisfied with her performance & very happy that she even considered taking the case on right in the middle. So regardless of the decision the Judge makes, I would still have to say she did her job. Thank you
