Ma pire expérience juridique. Maître Daniel Atudorei s’est permis des commentaires inacceptables comme : « Je ne peux pas dire à un juge de fermer sa yeule parce que votre client fait une attaque cardiaque. » Ce n’est pas une blague, c’est écrit noir sur blanc. Un client âgé de 80 ans en détresse ? Aucune compassion. Promesses d’appel non tenues, rendez-vous annulés sans préavis. Il préfère écrire des courriels arrogants plutôt que de faire son travail. Il propose même ses services à 225 000?$/an avec le sérieux d’un humoriste raté. Faites vos recherches : il a déjà été radié et plusieurs vidéos circulent en ligne de clients choqués. Un dossier bâclé, un ton méprisant, une absence totale de professionnalisme. Fuyez pendant qu’il est encore temps. Si vous voulez rire jaune, engagez-le. Sinon, trouvez un vrai avocat.

Avocat incompétent radié du barreau à plusieurs reprises. Il ne peut plus faire de droit de la jeunesse et du travail. Il s’est recyclé en droit du logement auprès de clients vulnérables/moins fortunés. Insulte et manque de respect envers d’autres avocats. Merci à Maitre Atudorei !!! Sans lui je ne sais pas comment je me serais sorti d’une situation si difficile! C’est un excellent avocat!!! Merci pour sa présence et son professionnalisme!!! Il se bat pour ses clients avec passion! Il sait être juste tant pour les locataires que pour les propriétaires! Il est du bord de la loi et n’aime pas les crosseurs! Merci pour ses bons services. J’ai même eu du fun à le voir me défendre puisqu’il est si ingénieux.

If you observe, reviews are good or bad; barely none in between, but read between the lines...
Daniel is straight forward, which doesn’t please everybody. If you want the truth, with him, you’ll have it. If it’s not what you wish to hear, you’ll give one star. If he helps you, you’ll give 5. He has won more than 650 cases at the TAL, which speak for themselves.

This man is running a very large and rapidly growing facebook group (over 1600 members since January 2020) for evicted tenants https://www.facebook.com/groups/25025... in Montreal and I believe he is taking advantage of people in very vulnerable positions. He is not telling people his real name, he goes by Daniel At and has hidden his identity (likely because he has such terrible online ratings) It looks as though he has been banned from practicing multiple times. He blocks people from the group or prevents them from commenting if he does not like what you say.

Il envoie du courrier non-sollicité aux domiciles des gens. C'est franchement inquiétant. En plus pour des causes faciles comme non-paiement de loyer, où il n'y a pas grand matière à défense. Il semble être une version québécoise du personnage Saul Goodman des émissions Better Call Saul et Breaking Bad.

Worst lawyer I had in my life . He ask me for money deposit a few time after no news . Only a week befor the audit we meet . He charged me a subpoena for my ex and newver used it in court . Plus he did threaten me by email and phone . After I found out he was talking to my ex Lawyer. That men his unprofessional and weird

Oftentimes hard to reach, but extremely knowleadgeable and human. Great prices too. I highly recommend. He helped me end my case with great results in two months whereas two other lawyers have failed.

Stay away, he has a bad reputation. He took on a child custody case, the most important thing in my life and never let me know about the trial date, he shows up and calls me from court saying he postponed it because I was not there. Just worried about getting paid.

This attorney rarely answers his calls I have been waiting 2 years for results in a very simple case. He shows up to court unprepared and has had to settle for much less then he could have gotten for me if he would have prepared the case properly and have the documents he was supposed to have had in hand. I strongly suggest. If you need a legal aid lawyer to look elsewhere or you will have the same terrible experience that I have had.

I've been using lawyer services in Montreal for over 9 years before and after my divorce. This lawyer's gotta be one of the smartest lawyers in Montreal. Hard to reach but very efficient and does the job. Highly recommended.

Booked our first meeting and he never showed up. 1st court appearance he had to go back to his office to retrieve his files. Made a verbal agreement to assist the 1st court appearance no charge then sent an invoice after. Secretary is very rude as well.
