Hired to do LLC - dragged her feet. FINALLY had a meeting - LLC was to be ready April 1, 2009 after not being ready January 1, 2009. After APril 1 - not ready. Not returning calls, emails or messages at all. Filing a grievance with the State Bar Association TODAY!
