I have filed a complaint with Law Society of Ontario. He completely bullied me all the way. He never once discussed his scope of services with me, nor his rate, and then slapped me with $9k bill! Whenever I asked what is the plan he would just communicate - "you do not be the weak link". Completely unprofessional and intimidates and bullies his own client. His assistant Ioulia is just as bad. Stay as far away as possible! They will bully you and just eat your money!

He does not communicate about his bill and will screw you at the end. He may win the case, but he will take you the long way to make more money out of you. He cares more for what he could make instead of settling. bully and intimidating to his client. When there was money online for the cost he will work hard and knows how to fight, but again watch out his billing. Never trust him for his word everything in writing. His secretary makes 150/hr you will pay more to her than him. Then his hourly cost varies at times look carefully

First of all he do not care about the case, for him its just another one. He is not prepared at all for the hearing, and he forgets to file the settlement before the court date. He never inform the me when is the next hearing the best part he never gives me the settlement the opposition has given to him till the court hearing start. The best part for the hearing he send a junior lawyer who knows next to nothing on the court case. All what he wants is money !!!

Juriansz represented me in a construction litigation matter relating to my home. A week before trial he suddenly started demanding that I settle the case for a nominal amount without costs. On the day of trial he appeared in court and advised that a settlement was reached without telling me. I found out about the court date from his bill. I advised him that my father died. He had his fees assessed shortly thereafter while I was hospitalized and immediately put a lien on my house. I moved to the U.S.A. and when he found out I was out of the country he filed 1 or more actions and received default judgments. The last action he took on my file was less than a year ago and when I asked him for my file he told me he destroyed it and I could only get an electronic copy. He's the son of a Seventh Day Adventist preacher and he himself professes to be SDA but he is completely unscrupulous
