Total scumbag. Perfect example of a lying attorney that should not be allowed to practice law !! Especially in family court where children are involved !! He has told repeated lies that he made up as he went in court. He called me a liar in court about an event he knew NOTHING about...he tried to quickly get me to sign a court order taking time AWAY from me with my child TELLING ME NOT TO READ IT !! Even after i read and refused to sign it the judge STILL had to amend it because he DID NOT make the changes she told him to regarding parenting time and child support. Its hard enough for a father to take a mother to court to prove parentage and rights without being able to afford an attorney....then i have a sleazy person like this telling blatant nonsense lies to make it harder. Unfortunately the court will ALWAYS hear an attorney over a father ! Polygraph should be mandatory in family court for both sides AND attorney's !!!!

Mr Nicoletti is/has been a defendant in at least 12 Oakland County civil suits alleging fraud and tens of thousands of $$ for non-payment of debt and rent. He has been a defendant in multiple malpractice suits, for allegedly throwing the cases. He threw my case, failed to disclose the true value of the damages until after the settlement, said "I won't let this settlement fail" deposited my insurance check in his bank account, and apparently cut a deal with the insurance company's attorney saying that if the case went to trial, the jury be could demand the non-code compliant house be torn down, AND his client would be awarded damages in excess of $600,000, so just transfer her transfer her settlement to me and we will just return her deposit plus some crumbs ! VERY UNDERHANDED, MANIPULATIVE BEHAVIORS TO BENEFIT HIMSELF !

Paul has taken my Circuit Court Case and spent much time at a very reasonable fee I should add, he rested my mind, responded to all my concerns and stood by OUR original plan until the end. I have recommended his services to many others that had experience the same quality service, warm "bed-side manners". He treated me with respect, introduced me to his staff, including his wife who plays an integral role in his practice. The best way to describe Paul Nicoletti, he operates and conveys your concerns as if they were his own .

Mr. Nicoletti has helped me through my divorce and custody issue, focused on the problem and a solution that worked. I refered many people to him with and he alllllways helped even when there was limitted cah from the clients, so I am told. Mr. Nicoletti never ask me for addition funds by calling him everyday, he returned my calls daily.... Mr. Alan
