It appears this lawyers work ethics might be a little to be desired. I am aware of his working with someone that ripped me off, and committed fraud by altering a Bank Document and sending it to me as an official document from the bank, to prove he had paid the mortgage for the house I was renting from him, that he was 11 months behind in paying the mortgage, even though I was paying him on time, every month, for the rental payment, but he was not paying the mortgage with the money I was giving him, so I ended up having to move out, due to the bank taking over the house in foreclosure, because of his not paying the mortgage with the rent money I was giving him every month! This lawyer knows all about his clients shady dealings with people, and still takes his money, and files lawsuits against the Very People he rips off! I am reporting this lawyer to the California Bar, for violation of ethics!
