He represented me on a probation violation and never met with me until the day of court. I have struggled with substance abuse issues for a long time and it was the primaary reason for the violation. In court he spent more time lecturing me then representing me and in turn I was sentenced to a year. When I was in jail I found out that there was a program that could help me to deal with my issues and it was an alternative to jail. The program was a year long program but would offer support that I needed to get past my addictions and poor decisions. I contacted the program and completed an application and was accepted into the program. I was told to get with my attorney because a reconsideration for sentencing hearting needed to take place in order for me to attend the program. My family contacted Mr. Harold and was told they would have to pay $500.00 for him to do it. He was paid but gave me the run around telling me and my family time and time again that he was working on it.
