I'm 43 years old and injured my neck and back in a car accident that was not my fault. I retain Ted Stayshyn and his law firm. From the moment I met him, he put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable and very comforting in the way he explained the process. His staff throughout the case was professional, caring and responsive to all my inquiries. If I had a question either Mr. Stayshyn or his staff would respond in a timely fashion. When it came time to argue my case, he was very prepared and very persuasive. I was relieved that I did not have to pay any legal fees until the case was over, as I was off work due to the accident and expenses were tight. I can't thank Mr. Stayshyn and his staff enough. I was injured in a bad fall that was not my fault. Right from the beginning Mr. Stayshyn took time to explain the process and gave me confidence that he could assist and right the wrong I'd suffered. I found Mr. Stayshyn to be very professional, efficient and caring about my case. I am a 77yr old married woman who was the victim of a very serious car accident which left me with reoccurring pain in my lower back which I will probably have to live with for the rest of my life. Mr. Stayshyn settled my case of 'no fault insurance' for more than I expected and I would highly recommend his services in a case of this nature. The other side offered me a low amount to settle my case. Mr. Stayshyn recommended we go to trial. I was really nervous and reluctant but Mr. Stayshyn calmed my fears with his knowledge, expertise and his countless hours of preparing me. After several days of trial we got 20 times more than they offered to settle. Mr. Stayshyn’s bill was far lower than I expected given the amount of time he and his staff put in my file. I actually offered to pay him more from my amount and he would not take it and said “a deal is a deal”. True honourable gentleman. The moment I met Mr. Stayshyn and his staff I found them to be professional, friendly and compassionate. They understood what I was going through and immediately took my stress and anxiety away. I found Mr. Stayshyn to be very approachable and he even came in from his vacation to meet with me and discuss my case. The other side wanted to play hard and Mr. Stayshyn was up for the fight and did a great job. My case eventually settled and the result was outstanding.
