I was nervous about meeting with a lawyer regarding my case because it was an embarassing situation. Dan made me feel comfortable and then agressively represented me. His knowledge of employment law cut my time and bills in half of what another lawyer would have charged. In the end, I retained my dignity and won my case with more than I had hoped for. I highly recommend Dan.

Had I know 12 months ago what I just learned today from other counsel, I could have had a case, or known other options or what else to watch for to further the charges I wanted to file. It may be too late for any law suit now, but there may be a possibility. They were incorrect a year ago to tell me I was too late to take action, and never mentioned certain laws or agencies who could have looked into my claims. I am afraid clients must do the research on their own before consulting a lawyer, and that is not easy. One hardly knows where to begin and the particulars are not generally stated anywhere unless you put your own time studying the law yourself. Lack of communication on his part may be gender related. I think the setup is deliberate to just get the client in for the initial fee, without the need to accomplish anything.
