Ivan sued our creditors for calling us on our cell phones and got us some pretty large settlements that averaged about $250 per call. He originally told us $500 - $1500 per call and I guess that's what we would have gotten if we would have gone to trial. Then he helped us put the money into property that was exempt so the trustee couldn't take it and we filed bankruptcy. We didn't know much about money problems when we first saw him, but we sure didn't think we would walk away owing nothing and with more money than we had when we went there. He was the only attorney I talked to (and I talked to about four) who suggested approaching my case this way and it was well worth it. I don't know what we would have done without Ivan and his wife, Nancy.
