Rude and arrogant and doesn't even deliver results. Didn't even follow through. I later realized that other lawyers think Alan Plott is a joke.

Took a lot of money and always asked for more thru his Paralegal. Actually talked with HIM 2X and he was a BIG BS artist! Lost my money and case. Now representing myself!

I never saw Mr. Plott until the trial. All previous information was from his office staff. He told us we would win-no problem. Court day he looked over the paperwork and said "You'll never get 100% custody. It just doesn't happen. I am so sorry I didn't check him out before giving him $3500 retainer. Next court date is in May. He won't be handling the case by then.

Bad guy. Terrible, disrespected by all in the profession. Will draw your case out for years and charge you tens of thousands of dollars, then lose the case.

Just like mentioned before, extremly disorganized always late and can't remeber facts. I would NOT recommend Alan or this firm to anyone. Military members, do some shoping around before hiring this tool. Oh and he charges way to much very over priced for the work he actually does. STAY AWAY!

Been going through adivorce for almost 4 years now. Had Mr. Plott for 3 of them and he accomplished nothing. Wouldn't communicate with me or even fight for me in court. Exe's lawyer won every hearing that we had. Would not recommend him for anything!
