I got a ticket in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia. At the time, I was so spooked that I thought I'd just pay it, but when the online payment system did not work, I thought better of it. To be perfectly honest, I did make the policeman angry but I did nothing that would endanger other drivers or me. After asking some folks who work in the legal system for the name of a good criminal defense lawyer, Mr. Bradford's name was on the top of the list.
I not only did not have to pay the fine; I did not have to go to court, either. Mr. Bradford is a win/win!

Gabriel is an excellent attorney. He knows the law like the back of his hand and I would highly suggest him to anyone! He has won every single case I've hired him for. A++

Mr. Bradford represented me against Greg Wagner, one of the District Attorney's in Jackson County and I was found not guilty on my probation violation after having a hearing in front of the judge because the best offer from the ADA was to go to jail for two years. Mr. Bradford was amazing.

This is by far the worst Attorney you can hire. I should have know when people showed up in his lobby one day demanding to speak to him because he hasn't returned their call. During the time that I hired him, he went through 4 paralegals which all big headaches. He will listen and tell what you want to hear but not do anything about. The lied and lied and lied over and over again about court dates, contacting the defendants attorney and he blames on you. It took 16 month to send me a detailed bill and it was outrageous. Do yourself a favor and take your money and time some where else.

The is by far the best lawyer in all of North GA. Gabriel Bradford is very easy to deal with and is easy to talk to and has many connections in Jackson County. If you need a lawyer he is your guy!

My experience with Gabriel Bradford has always been positive. He may not always communicate with you but if you are needing an attorney in the Jackson County area he has lots of contacts and pull.... I would highly recommend him!

He seemed ok at first. I sent him a retainer and enough information for him to understand the case. He even admitted to me that my case amounted extortion through criminal prosecution by the complainant. Then he wants additional retainer, but has no record of his activities. He did no legal research that I can tell. Then he no longer seems to remember details of the case and cannot form an opinion. Now he won’t return calls. If you want to plead guilty he may be alright for you, but if you are innocent and he needs to do research and work for you that requires more than a plea bargain and challenge to the DA, your case may be too much for his character. It seems to me that he took the retainer, filed continuances, and then withdrew without explanation. The retainer is wasted. I am sure that there is prosecutorial misconduct involved in this case and that he will not challenge the DA, expose it and risk his relationship with the DA Tim Madison and assistant DA Greg Wagner.
