Was outstanding in the past with his paralegal Donna Green who retired 2 years ago. I notice a steep decline in his performance when Donna Retired. Mr Bowler told me he had covid during than pandemic. My experience as a physician suggests he is suffering the early stages of Dementia. I believe him to be honest, and truthful. Many have touted his ethics. I dealt with him over the last 4 years and have seen a strong decline in his ability to practice law. His new paralegal Kelsi seems overwhelmed, inexperienced, and unable to cover his mental decline. I do not intend to disparage an attorney who was amazing in the past, but even with his best efforts, he cannot handle complex family law. If your case is simple and doesn't require court appearances or litigation, I would say he is trustworthy and honest. My ex's Orange County attorney walked all over him. I hope you are able to navigate divorce in a manner that doesn't require litigation.
