worst attorney.he allows a motion that was approved to get another attorney , looks as if it was denied and till this day on new Mexico courts says denied but I got a motion signed by a judge saying I had been allowed another attorney.I just recently came into possession of this form. beyond grounds for appeal, my new lawyer tells me, and some type of infraction towards his bar on him. everyone will tell you if you get him your going to be found guilty. now I see why he helps the state yet he's supposed to defend you. please find anyone but this attorney. how he's allowed to practice law is beyond me

My son is on trial for murder. In the year my son has been in jail I've never had any calls returned from Cosme. I had to actually chase Cosme down from court one day just to meet him. How does this happen? Simple! Cosme Ripol does not care about his clients! I hope the 10,000.00 he was paid was well spent!!! My heart is broken.
