One of the most abusive and unethical lawyers I have witnessed. Tmapering with court files, removing finantial affidavits and submitting documents with half the income. Denying the document even existed, when it was given to the court with her fax number and lawfirm printed at the top from when she sent it. Boyan initiated a custody battle days after the parties were divorced by agreement with joint custody and 50/50 shared parenting. Bayan had not even completed the paperwork for the court when she filed for sole custody. Boyan misrepresented orders, agreement and any underhanded trick to the court she could. At one hearing she insisted that an agreement for an evaluation was an agreement for supervised visits which took months for the court to correct. in 2008 Boyan made allegation that a father had purchased firearms and threatened judges and the courthouse until the supervising marshal testified she lied. Boyan destroyed my children's lives. She belongs in jail.
