Ms. Turkington handled my disability case with sensitivity and dedication. I was really lucky to be represented by her. She worked very hard to negotiate on my behalf and always kept me well informed about what to expect next.

This case was pertaining to Long Term Disability and Insurance benefit denial. I would not use this lawyer as she was more interested in representing (being retained by) a Union, rather than a member who pays for the existence of the Union. She lacks empathy for the client and as she is retained by a Union, I feel that she could have cared less about my case- she knew that her firm would be retained, regardless. What really bothered me however, was the way in which she spoke to me. Her tone indicated that she was displeased I had contacted the President of the Union. I was spoken to in a condescending manner that I found to be rude and unacceptable.
