I had three other attorneys before him. They knew how to take my money, but none did anything for me. Elliott was just the opposite. He accomplished for me in to months what my other lawyers couldn't get done in three years. He is great.

Mr. Goldstein is an outstanding litigator. He is driven by success, and is appallled at failure. At all times Mr. Goldstein informs his client as fast as possible aabout good news or bad news. He handles all communication fast and precise. He will always recommend the fastest and least costly alternative for each client. Mr. Goldstein is above the typical salesmanship of lessor attorneys. He will always tell a client exactly how it is. I was lucky to be represented by Eliott. I am extremely pleased with the job he did.

mr. Goldstein was my ex-wife's attorney when we divorced. We didn't have anything except for my son. He was straight up and while he looked out for my ex he didnt treat me with disrespect. I was so impressed, that wehn my fiancee need to get divorced, I recommended him. He did a good job. Everythign up and up. Was done in 2 months

Absolutely terrible. I had never been through a divorce before so I had no experience with attorneys or the divorce process. During the actual divorce I had a hard time getting ahold of Elliot Goldstein and when I did speak to him it seemed as though it was an inconvenience to talk to me. Mind you I rarely contacted him because he nickel and dimed everything. During mediation he had no control over what was going on in the room. I wondered often during mediation why I had actually hired an attorney. I know that nothing gets resolved when either party acts like a pit-bull, but when you are paying an attorney thousands of dollars to represent you, you expect some sort of backbone. Now that I have hired a competent attorney for my post judgment modification, I can see a big difference. When I gave her a copy of my divorce paperwork she looked at it and asked me who drafted the settlement. I explained to her it was my attorney who had drafted all the documents. Cont>>>>

Excellent attorney, cuts to the chase. doesnt was;te time, or yor money. Doesn't lie to you, so you need tough skin. does not suffer fools.

While he very much embraces casual dress when meeting with clients (hopefully not just me), happily, he did manage to find a tie and decent slacks and a jacket for court hearings. Mr. Goldstein is otherwise very professional and makes it clear in the first meeting that he cannot help you if you do not take his advice, that he cannot guarantee results and that he cannot represent you if you do not follow his advice. I only wish all attorneys would me so frank. Mr. Goldstein is quick to tell you when you are being unreasonable and offer a course of action that will be looked at favorably by the court. I found him to be comparatively very reasonable and clear with his fees and charges.

did not appear to be knowledgeable, did not respond to inquiries, felt like I constantly had to chase him down, was unresponsive and felt he lacked interest and tenacity in representing me. He was not clear about fees and what the costs were. Completely dissatified

Mr. Elliot saved my family, and we now have peace in our lives. He ended a six year nightmare. Before he was on my case, I spent over $100,000.00 on worthless representation. He will not sell you down the river.

My divorce was simple. He didnt try to make it more complicated. Other lawyers quoted me twice the amount. Divorce done in 39 days.

He just finished up my divorce. I had another attorney for the first 18months. Mr. Goldstein did more in the fist 60 days then the other attorney, and he charged alot less. Was really strong at mediation, which scared the other side into settling the case. While I didn't get everything, I did receive everything that was important. He had 2 typos in some paperwork, but to be fair, I rushed him, but they weren't important. He is awesome.

He quit on my case for no apparent reason. He told me that he owed me money from the retainer, which made me decide not to go to the hearing where he asked the judge to remove him from the case. Then he sent me a bill for over $4000. When he left my case, it was in the same situation as when he started it, except for less money in my pocket. Nothing was accomplished. Up to the point that he quit, I had felt confident in his ability, it seemed that he just lost interest in my case, and decided to abandon it.
