Mr. Johannessen represented me in a custody issue I was having with my ex-wife who had made some very serious yet false accusations against me. Mark used his intelligence to work through the process of proving these accusations to be false, showing the court that my ex was being dishonest and acting out of spite and not acting in the best interest of the child. He did his best to negotiate with my ex and her attorney and we were able to settle out of court due to his due diligence in the matter. This ended up saving me a lot of money as going to trial is a very expensive process. Mr. Johannessen also used his wisdom gained through his years of experience as a family law attorney to properly set expectations for me by informing me how the family law court system works, etc. I was able to go into court with confidence knowing how things would most likely turn out. Mark never over-promised and I was always pleased at the outcome due to this.
