This guy is super busy but delivers excellent results. He is up-to-date with current technology which was not so common among the other attorneys we contacted for my son's criminal matter. He delivered results inline with what he predicted and didn't lead us on to get our business. As a CEO of a multimillion dollar health care company I truly don't believe we could have hired a better man for the job. I was surprised at his pricing compared to out-of-town Indianapolis based attorneys that I contacted but chose to hire local counsel for reasons other than the price. Mr. Davis did ask me to review his services anonymously--but that's just not my style. Thanks for your hard work Joey! Best of Luck to You. J.T. Reynolds.

Dont hesitate to hire this attorney. he was recommended to us by a friend and at first we were hesitant because he looked so young in his picture--we didn't think he looked old enough to have enough experience to handle our case and all its complexities. We called and left a message on his voicemail and received a call back within 10 minutes--on a FRIDAY at 6:00 p.m. Turns out he is not as young as he looks and has a lot of experience including that of deputy prosecutor which turned out to be very helpful in my husband's third DUI case in five years. Mr. Davis challenged the reason for the traffic stop (license plate light bulb was out) and the case was dismissed. This saved my husband's job, our marriage and was a huge turning point in our life. I canno thank him enough. Thanks Joey!!

Very good at keeping me informed about potential outcomes, but didn't promise. Mr. Davis was able to reduce my OWI ticket reduced to a reckless driving saving my job! He was able to interpret the reason for arrest and find issues with all the statements. Getting a "local" lawyer is the best decision I ever made.

Mr. Davis did an excellent job handling our bankruptcy. He tried to find alternatives to us filing which wouldn't have benefited him at all. I was especially amazed at has ability to recall our specific information when he called him on his cell phone with a question (which he encouraged). We checked around before hiring him and found that he was one of the lowest priced bankruptcy attorneys in the area. We since learned of a friend who hired a different (slightly lower priced attorney) that had horrible results. Mr. Davis's assistant Jami was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as well. First Class Service is what we received--he deserves to charge more but I think out of his kindness he tries to keep prices low due to his client's situations. We plan on using Mr. Davis for all of our legal needs.

This single rating of Mr. Davis is unfortunate and probably written by someone than an actual client. My experience with Mr. Davis is that he is flat out awesome. very honest, very hard working, very able to be reached, I like all of his clients have his cell phone number and can call him anytime (7 days a week). it is ridiculous that someone would claim that they could not reach him or that he would delay in returning calls. Sure he is busy but that speaks to his success, ability and focus. I would hire Joey anytime for about anything that he would take on. Finally, he is one of a very few Christian Lawyers that I know. He is proud of his faith but careful not to press it upon anyone. He is truly an american in favor of our Constitutional Rights which play a large role in his criminal defense abilities. He's Awesome

Please choose wisely! This lawyer is not only extremely poor at returning calls, he is also very forgetful. Horrible communication. As far as tenacity- it took him over 11 months to get me an extremely sour deal. Expect to call at least 5 times before recieving a response-- if you even do!! I tried contacting him for 3 months before I was able to get in touch with him. During court date he was shaking and appeared nearvous. Its Your Future!
