I have had him for a criminal/traffic incident. He drafted our will and also helped papers when a loved one passed away. Highly recommend. Staff is curtious

He told me that I wouldn’t have to show up for my hearing, and it would all be taken care of by him. That wasn’t true. It feels like he took my money and ran.

Do not use this guy!!! No communication at all!! If you call the office, you will either leave a message, or speak to a receptionist (if you're lucky) only. You will never get a call back!! They take your money just fine, and that's it!! Stay away from this guy!

Never returns phone calls, Never in office to talk with, Had no communication unless I showed up at office (and if he was in) I might get to talk with him. Was told numerous times he or his staff would call and never got a call. Its very sad that you cannot count on anyone any more.

in the beginning he seemed like he was going to work hard for me, once he took money it was next to impossible to get a return phone call. His staff is very unprofessional and rude to say the least. Don't waist your time or your money.

Do not consider this guy for your legal needs!
He is unprofessional, never available to take your calls, tries to look over your case in the hallways of the court house (unprepared) and never remembers any discussions or correspondence that you send him. He is lazy and a know-it-all type; you will be fighting him and your case together, above all else he will hurt your case.
Be warned.

if you want to pay someone to do absolutely nothing then hire Bob Brigs he is a waste of space.shouldn't be an attorney

Bob Briggs handled my bankruptcy. He never communicated with me. I always had to call him. He did not show up for my court date. The court had to send him a nasty letter to show for court. Worst experience with a lawyer ever!

Very precise and tells you exactly how it is. He settled out of court very fast. As for answering my questions in laymans terms well that wasnt the best. He's a good attorney. I've used him 2x
