Worst and incompetent lawyers ever. Abandoned me in the middle of the case in California, caused me a huge hardship. Posting their vacations in Miami, while my life is destroyed as a direct result of Rand Stephens's and Richard Koss's incompetence and ignorance. Avoid them if you don't want to end up fighting the case on your own, both of them should not be lawyers, what they have done to me was criminal. Hopefully they will get what they deserve for ruining their client's livelihoods.

I needed to hire an attorney to represent me in a disability discrimination case against a former employer. The allegations have conformed merit. I'm a software engineer with a social anxiety disorder that doesn't interfere with my work but does interfere with my "likability". I can become nervous and defensive when cornered which accommodations as simple as team mindfulness can prevent. Mr Koss advertises himself as a disability discrimination lawyer. However, during our consultation, I'm blindsided with bullying behavior from Mr. Koss. He obviously wanted to assess how "likable" I would be to a jury. He determined I wasn't and denied services, even hourly. This, unfortunately, demonstrated to me that Mr. Koss in not competent when it comes to representing people with mental disabilities. If he were, then he would know that any jury could be moved to tears when they hear people with my disorder are victimized in every area of life for their entire lives.
