The firm made a lot of assumptions when preparing my estate documents and only sent me additional information such as lists of frequently asked questions after I asked questions. I was quite disappointed with their attention to communication and informing me as a client. They did not educate me or ask me which documents I wanted during the preliminary session, therefore I was surprised by the documents they sent to me afterward (I thought there would be three and there were five). In general, poor attention to me as a customer - I was just a number.
