Wes Dodge represented me for two months, ending today 12/2/2022, in a family law divorce case. In my opinion, he was very cold, always responded to me over phone or email sounding as if I was burdening him, and ultimately won me nothing pertaining to custody when he went to "represent" me at an emergency custody hearing where my ex submitted false statements in an affidavit. What's surprising is that, despite paying Wes thousands of dollars in a retainer to represent me, and seeing how we provided the court our own affidavit to counter hers, Wes was still unable/unwilling to ensure that my wife did not get granted 100% physical & legal custody, which she did. After over a two month time period, I'm exactly where I started...well, minus a few thousands dollars that I paid Wes to do what exactly...? Yeah, I'm not sure what I paid for and, after talking to Wes today, where he mocked my financial state when confronting him about his apathy, I don't think he knows why he was paid either.

Wes was an outstanding lawyer in handling my divorce, which was one of the worst in his career. He was very dedicated in his support during my case and provided prompt service throughout the whole process. I was fortunate to have Wes at my side during the most difficult experience in my life.

Wes has handled several legal issues for me; divorce, adoption, personal injury. I have always found him to be honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and fair. He is not a cut-throat shark. If you are looking for revenge, look elsewhere. If your looking for integrity, Wes is your guy.

He used no witnesses and did not submit evidence into court for my divorce. After having lived alone with my child for over a year I lost custody because there was nothing to back up what I said on the stand. The judge even commented on the lack of evidence during the trial. I lost everything. It just turned into a he said she said case in court. You have a better chance at winning if you represent yourself instead of this clown! He couldn't even keep names straight when the questions were already written down with the names.
