in a hearing he told me i was correct in my motion re: vacating my sentence, and the district attorney was wrong of course after making me sign a in pro per form then continuing the case he remanded me to the custody of Riverside County Sherriffs I guess thats what i get for not having a attorney being brown and correct I get put in jail although having a public defender was actually a clerk was appointed was much worse as she changed my plea and denied my interpreter, didnt know what was happening till i was in jail
