He is a fraud! He was paid and my cousin who is battling stage 4 cancer is still in jail! He was taken to the hospital today because he was spitting up blood! Scottie Allen should not be allowed to practice law! If my cousin passes because this incompetent, lying theif never showed up to court nor returns calls, he best to believe he will pay! Please mark every single font that is being typed from my finger tips! I have already made contact with the naacp and I will he contacting the law board tomorrow!

Scottie Allen is WORST attorney in the universe! He took our $15,000 over THREE years ago, and has NOT even added his name to our case according to the court documents that I pulled. His office has scheduled an appointment EVERY week just to CANCEL the morning of, for the past 3 years. Claiming he will not be in the office or that he is going to be court all day. Why schedule an appointment on day that you know he's not gonna be on office. Court dates are scheduled months in advance. I can understand 1 or 2 cancelations, but to cancel every week for THREE years straight, is just unacceptable!! I asked for refund, but his office said that I have to meet with him to get refund LOL! Which is clearly impossible! So yeah if have thousands of dollars to give away choose Scottie Allen!!

Ive always thought highly of his wife and i believed her when she said he was the best. He was so incompetent that the Judge totally disliked him and said so and made me pay for it. Quote " I wont take my dislike for your attorney out on you" however, he did. I considered myself a friend of the family, boy was i mistaken. Collecting my money is the only thing his firm did right. They did nothing else and I mean nothing else. Please seek another attorney i too ignore these neg review it cost me dearly.

This dude and his entire staff is trash. He takes your money and NEVER returns phone calls. I understand that he is busy but it is rediculous for him to take people's money and not have someone on his staff effectively communicate. He and his staff are liers. I'm hopping eventually he goes out of business and he see how it feels to put your trust in someone only to be dicked around. I wouldn't recommend this guy to my worse enemy.

Mr.Allen saved my life they were trying to give me probation and he was able to get the case dismissed. I still have a clean record thanks to Mr.Allen great attorney.

I really believe that my life was over then someone told me to go see Scottie Allen I did and he turned everything around and he able to negotiate probation I was facing 25 years in jail.

We paid him over 10,000 for a federal case. He never showed up for any court dates which caused us to hire anther attorney. An now scottie want return any phn calls. An his assistant an staff constantly makes up lies for him..HE IS NEVER AVALIABLE BUT HE IS WHEN ITS TIME TO PAY UR MONEY...he is a SCAM artist an ripoff

In over a year, I only spoke with him once. He does not return calls or emails. His associates make excuses on his behalf. If you believe your situation is urgent, I would not recommend him!

My family hired him $25.000 up front, on a capital murder case, he got my nephew, who was 18 years old at the time, 15 years, he sat in jail for 2 years awaiting trial, but they wanted to give him 30 years, so we are ok, with the work he done! he will get the best deal he possible can, and he is a little slow on returning calls, he is a busy man! I would use him again, ig it came down to it! best thing to do is sty out of trouble, if you can not afford it!! Its all about money! when it come to the criminal system!

Scottie is a beast in the court room and knows what he is doing! I did most of my communication through his legal assistant, which I understood and expected since he is a busy man and is ALWAYS in a trial. Well worth the money paid for the NOT GUILTY verdict.

I have had the same problem. We paid Mr Allen 25,000 in cash 2yrs ago & still havent went 2 court. He have continued to set the court date off while his client sits in jail. If we know what we known now, we would have never given that man 25,000

I had the same poor experience. Atty Allen has no integrity! He does not prepare for his client's case, and shows up to court unprepared. He has no regard of the outcome of his client, but is only interested in getting paid. As he continues to practice with this type of carelessness, and disregard of his clients future, he will not have a good future. You truly reap what you sow.

We had a very poor experience with this lawyer. We paid over $8,000 and got nothing in return. He never returned our calls and delayed our case for three years. When we were finally told our case was going to trial, it was the night before the trial was to begin and we had NO prep time! Horrible!
