I went before Judge Keen as a pro se litigant. He never addressed me in court or even really acknowledged my presence. I found him to be extremely rude and seemingly acting as an arrogant bully, ...one of the rudest jurists I had ever dealt with. He has no business dispensing any kind of justice. Aside from that, he decision in my case was an utter joke. He seems like a bitter pill better suited for not working with the public. Of course, this is just my honest opinion.
