Attorney Jim Pincin overlooks or neglects very basic routine forensic evidence. He tells his client to "butt out" when client offers information or help. He has narcissistic thinking that he is superior in attorney knowledge, but he is not when compared to the average attorney. He has poor behavior during Deposition (poor body language expressing frustration like grabbing his bald head in anger). He does not appreciate that children lie and that some parents coach their children about what to say. He doesn’t understand basic medicine regarding false memories and false beliefs that need to be exposed to win a case or reduce settlement. He also likes to use insurance money liberally to settle out of court, because he has no defense stamina. He takes cue from his wife’s opinion regarding cases. He will not keep your case confidential away from his wife. We have no recommendation of Jim Pincin or his firm. We are long standing professionals in the community.
