I hired Reiss and Johnson to represent me on a Felony Charge. At the time, I was living in Upland, CA where James Reiss is from; I had a website about the City of Upland: boycott-upland-ca (dot) com. This website documented corruption in the County of San Bernardino and the Upland Police Department. James Reiss withheld all evidence from the Jury. For instance: The alleged victim, Richard Horn, suffered from vertigo. Horn fell and that is how he sustained injury. James Reiss withheld this and all evidence from the jury. Richard Horn (the alleged victim) committed perjury, he testified differently during the preliminary hearing than he did during my trial. I told James V. Reiss this, during my trial, and he ignored me, Reiss did nothing to impeach ANY of the witnesses. I did not know that i could have fired James Reiss during my trial.
