Zavala represented us is a small business litigation. he failed miserably and cost us dearly. we filed suit against him in civil court, and he failed miserably representing himself. ultimately he filed for bankruptcy protection in federal court. again his "expertise" was clearly evident and we prevailed "pro se" to the tune of a $100k+ judgment. as of this date he has failed to pay a dime. the case is Remsen/ruf v Zavala in the orange county ca. federal courthouse.
