I was seeking a divorce and I wanted to know my rights as a father of our minor child and have them upheld.
The Moses Law Firm's professional and courteous staff took control of the situation, guided and educated me through the entire process.
It was very surprising that the ENTIRE staff was more than willing to spend the time to explain every bit of the divorce process and all it entailed. While I certainly did pay for the service, I still feel indebted to them for everything. Yes, the process was long, and there were periods of no communication. However, I understand that there are things that are simply out of their control time wise. Whenever there was a development I was made aware of it immediately.

After retaining Paul Moses to handle my divorce, I left his office feeling that I had made a good decision. Had I known then what I know now, I would not have retained this firm. No communication, showed up at mediation late and had no knowledge of my case. Then was dropped when the case did not get settled in mediation. The only time I heard from this attorney was when I would make numerous phone calls and numerous emails. They did nothing. Then, after mediation, when I called several times to set up appointment or at least speak to someone, they dropped my case. I must add that I was never rude or threatening to the staff. Having never had to hire an attorney, I just wanted information pertaining to how court would be handled. Then they dropped me. This law firm has no consideration for it's clients and is way overpriced. STAY AWAY is my advise.

Few, if any, in Central Florida have done more to protect the rights of children's access to both parents in divorce or paternity cases than The Moses Law Firm. I had a fantastic experience with the Firm, and especially with Mr. Moses who personally handled my case. The Moses Law Firm represents all that is GOOD about the legal profession.
