Met with him on an issue I was dealing with and he really impressed me. Smart, seemed to care about my wellbeing, and damn expensive. Despite the expense I signed a retainer agreement and deposited several thousand dollars in their account and asked them to get to work. All I got after that point was promises they were doing to do something, then nothing. Them more promises. Then nothing. Every time I called or emailed them asking them to get started, they charged me to reply and tell me how they were going to get to work soon. Finally I gave up on them figuring if they are like this now, how will it be if I end up using them to go to court. They sent me a few more emails telling me they would get started soon, and then finally a statement that my retainer had been exhausted (by their emails) and I needed to deposit more money. They did nothing. Couldn't believe how bad this place was.
