Mr. Mazzorato does not prioritize his cases equally and is solely motivated by money. Does not respond to calls or emails for days, does not submit required documents with hard deadlines on time, is not approachable and lacks compassion. This individual destroyed my family. Avoid this person and their business.

This barrister is a sad pathetic loser. He is an awful lawyer and a parasitic mason, corrupting our legal system. He will take your money and laugh and do nothing for you. He is empty and souless. He, like all masons considers you the 'profane'. All he deserves is spit in his face. Never trust his kind. File with the canadian bar and complaij about this louse rat.

Terrible! Unprepared, doesn't follow through, gives excuses. Did not prepare us properly for court and called last minute to tell us he couldn't make it and we could go on our own unrepresented as it was still in early stages of our process. Didn't file brief properly with courthouse and we didn't have it for the judge to preview. Started avoiding calls. We went with another lawyer. Don't be fooled by his low cost: you'll pay dearly!!!

He appears to charge less than other lawyers for real estate but the quality of his work is extremely poor!!! We constantly have to follow up with him to get things done. He owed us money from closing and we had to email him numerous times to get our money back. He constantly make excuses (ie. court, vacation, etc). Take your money somewhere else.

I am appalled and disgusted by majority of the reviews here. It seems to me that all of these "clients" expected miracles for little to no money. Mr Mazzorato has been my counsel for almost 10 years. IT has been one of probably the most complex cases this province has ever seen in family law and he handled it like a pro. He was always available, organized, and showed up when he was supposed to. I could rely on him for anything to be the utmost professional that he is. An amazing lawyer! He was always honest, straight forward, told me what I could and could not do or expect, and true to his word was always correct. I put my family's life into his trust and would do it over again. Nothing but words of praise. Very professional and knowledgeable. A+

Mr. Mazzorato was a horrible lawyer!! i wasted so much time. He lied to me telling me i had a court date, i booked a day off of work i called the Friday before to find out where to meet him and the court date was not even booked!! very unprofessional!

This lawyer was a waste of money I wouldn't even recommend him to my ex. He did absolutely nothing for me or my case. He didn't reply to phone call I had to go in person to talk to him. He talk a big game but followed through on nothing had to switch lawyer. Don't waste your money find someone that cares for your case

Same issues as all the other comments provided. Took my money and did nothing. I was constantly emailing asking what was happening. I either had no response or one word replies. Also had the excuses of being on vacation and being too busy in court (I have all my emails filed as evidence). Mr Mazzorato is very unproffessional and holds little respect. Do NOT use this man.

All the same comments as everyone else! I gave a 2,000.00 retainer, he did nothing at all and when asked for my retainer back he said it had all been used plus more but said he would give me a break and wouldn't charge me anymore. Got another lawyer and he was amazing.

Unbelievable, that is the only word I can come up with when I describe the services from Mr Mazzorato. I retained his service back in November 2011 and as of today, April 24th 2012 NOTHING has happed. I have sent countless emails to Mr. Mazzorate with little to no response. When I did get a response it would not answer the questions I asked or be from his asistant telling me he was on vacation! I finally told him to mail my orignal documents and my retainer back to my home - It took over two months to get it back and he took ½ of it for doing almost nothing!
I would NEVER recommend retaining this Lawyer!

Way overpriced, poor work ethic- I did the running around, info gathering as he kept avoiding anything that looked like work-as I was in the middle of trying to protect an abused child and not a good time to change lawyers, paid another lawyer to give me advice so I could take it back to Dino because he seemed not to know what he was doing. It was a case of stalling and billing, procrastinating and billing, poor preparation and billing. After two years in a child custody case, he finally looked at some of the evidence of abuse and said it was too bad he hadn't looked at it before!!! Do yourself a favour and your bank account a boost- look elsewhere.

More than a year after closing my house I have still not recieved any proper documentation and the disbursements of funds is highly questionalble. Extremely unorganized, unprepared and unprofessional. Not too mention an inflated bill of over $4000 to close a real estate transaction???

I engaged the services of Mr. Mazzorato at a very difficult time in my life (A separation and Divorce, under the worst possible circumstances). Mr. Mazzorato's solid advice, sound guidance, and swift action saved me thousands in the end! He is reasonable and fair and most of all he is a straight shooter. I always felt that he had my best interests as a priority and he was not out to capitalize on my misfortune. I have no hesitation with highly recommending Mr. Mazzorato for you family law needs!

Months and months after still havent recieved paper work and was told that the retainer was used up wheni calculate the hours it sure as hell isent. Not recieving a good response at all really pissed and it has set us back so bad now that we dont have a out.
