I recently had the unfortunate experience of engaging Viken's Law Office for legal services, and it was, without a doubt, one of the worst decisions I've ever made. From the very beginning, the firm displayed a level of incompetence and unprofessionalism that was both astonishing and deeply frustrating. I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others who might be considering hiring this firm.
Firstly, the initial consultation was misleading. They promised expert guidance and a dedicated approach to my case. However, once I signed the agreement and paid the retainer fee, the enthusiasm and promises quickly vanished. The communication, which was initially prompt and clear, became sporadic and vague. Emails went unanswered for days, sometimes weeks. When I did manage to get someone on the phone, the responses were curt and dismissive, making me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued client.
