This lawyer is very deceitful and misleading. He shouldn't practice because he takes advantage of cases and takes you through a ringer and then charges thousands of dollars, he comes up with theories and makes you believe you are on the right path but in reality he likes to set u up so you feel like you need him. I've retained in 2021 my case is still not finished. For everyone who is looking for a lawyer please look somewhere because he is not honest. He has harrased me, extortioned me, and still continue to over charge and threatened me. He is unethical lawyer and can't trust him.

Please stay away from this guy he cares nothing about you or your case just the dollar amount. I did more work on my case than he did sadly if i would have just googled him and read a review i would have made a better choice. Overall there are better lawyers out there he is the bottom feeder. STAY AWAY

Very unhappy with his performance. He is not a fighter in the courtroom. Pretty much let the other side get what they want. He is a bit higher priced than most other attorneys and I feel ran up the bill unnecessarily with numerous/unnecessary phone calls, extra court procedures, etc. Told me one price for handling my legal matters, then at the end of it all-he wanted almost double the original price. IMO, he didn't do a good job and led me to believe he would win, but lost the case. I personally wouldn't recommend him.

I interviewed with Melton for a Legal Asst. position. During this interview, he asked to feel my face to get a sense of what I look like (he is blind). I have no previous exp. with blind people, but I felt that it was ok, especially since he asked. He felt my face then rested his hands on my shoulders, then proceeded to move down to feel my **** and waist. I was so in shock I was just kind of frozen and kept thinking, "Did that really just happen?!". He then proceeded to ask such innapropriate ?'s as, "What size are you, How often do you work out, Describe your body type to me, Are you looking to get married anytime soon?". I walked out of the interview. I have filed a police report with the City of Dallas and filed a grievance with the State Bar of TX. He has done this before and will do it again. If there is anyone else out there that has had an experience like this with Melton, please leave a review.
