Please be aware!!!! Do your homework!!!! Daryl Lander will promise you the world, take your money and do absolutely nothing for your case!!! He doesn’t know how to fight for his clients, yet will argue that that’s what he does! Biggest mistake of my life coming across this man!!!! Do NOT let him handle your legal case!!!!

I am not certain who the other reviews were, but I can say without doubt that Mr. Lander is an excellent attorney. He always returned my phone calls and was everything I wanted in a lawyer. I question whether the other reviews were by people on the other side of the case who are trying to trash him.

As the others had said he does not return calls does not go through his paper work and makes you feel like you have nothing to worry about. Untill its showtime and he bows out. Went to court almost 2 months ago and he didn't defend me. He wont return any phone calls and now has left me with a bigger mess. This guy is a complete waste of anyones time, STAY AWAY!

I wouldn't normally do this because I wouldn't want it done to me. However, I want to save women/men from a horrible experience during a tough time. Brief but to the point.. these are the words that best describe his work ethics.. Unreliable, deceitful, unresponsive, dishonest, passive, and misleading.

A big mistake, hiring him. Doesn't respond well, keep the client informed, follow through on paperwork. Nothing. I think I have to go to the courthouse to find out if my divorce went through. He hasn't sent me a thing. He took thousands, but did no work. Also I went through a referral service. They take a cut, apparently. He told me he would only take my case if I didn't inform them. Should have been my first clue. Life lesson learned. Trust your lawyer. Just not this one.

I did not have a good experience with this attorney. Very unresponsive in my divorce case, totally disorganized, and overall showed a complete lack of professionalism. I ended up settling on my own, because he was doing more harm than good.

Very affable guy, HOWEVER, I am going to hire another lawyer. He does not get anything done. He gives terrible advise and he cost us alot of money by not paying attention to our case. He does not answer our phone calls. As of date, it has been two weeks since we have heard from him. He is very unorganized and never has any paper work I send him nor does he read it. When you ask him a question he talks and talks without saying anything. Nothing gets answered and we never now what is going on. We have gotten deep in a web of legal burdens because he will not present or prepare for our case, and I don't think he cares. Beware he is very nice on the phone when you talk to him but he is worthless as a lawyer.
