Suarez law group is lead by a prof.of law, former legislator and community leader of over 33 years. His work is always outstanding as evidenced by his several community awards, most recently by the New York state legislature who passed a declaration to his decades of work in the community.

Subject: Loan Modification
I decided to use the services of Anthony Suarez Group believing were capable, responsible and serious. I had no doubt who was in good hands, but Today I am deeply disappointed to see that I've been deceived.
On August 20th of this year, I call to his office seeking information on the status of my Loan Modification case, I requested from them a report on the outcome of its negotiations with the bank to what they answered evasively,
it was obvious they were not able to give me a response. The explanation was only one:......."There never was such a negotiation."
I called my bank (CitiMortgage) seeking for information that they did not provide me and finally I found out the Truth.
He asked me to pay $2,500 , at the front, Unfortunately, I found out too late this practice is illegal. Mr. Suarez is scamming people!
I have to report this firm to your agency-wide Mortgage Fraud Task Force to address the issue as a fraud.
Do not trust him!!!

We went to Suarez with a mortgage fraud case. He said he would take it and charged us $1500 to work with the bank to mitigate our loan. He said the process could take over a year, so to just be patient. He sent a couple of letters to the bank. A few months later, our bank transferred the loan to another servicer. Suarez said that because the bank changed, it was now a new case. He wanted to charge us another $1500 to start over when NOTHING WAS ACCOMPLISHED for the first case to be closed! When we tried to discuss this with him, he said we obviously disagreed on the case and that HE was dropping US. We are exactly where we were 7 months ago after paying him a grand and a half (TO ACCOMPLISH NOTHING). He is also always very busy and impossible to get a hold of. Usually weeks before you can get in to see him.
