had my case with Johnson after one year of being his client his secretary did not know my phone number. before submitting new forms after he blew my case, I found a lot of mistakes on my applications, they even misspelt Salt Lake City. His whole office is a joke, the secretary is always rude never gives her name when she answers the phone. I found obvious mistakes even my name was not complete. My new lawyer has to correct all the mistakes this person and his secretary made. Also, so bad is his work that if I would of kept him as a lawyer he would have done worse damage to my case. We feel very blessed for finding a new layer that has done a fantastic job and has a happy greeting secretary with a positive character. Unlike Johnson's office and to think my money was lost by ineficiant lawyer and staff.

He's good filling out immigration forms, horrible representating you before a judge. His license has been suspended a few times for misrepresentation and for lack of communication. Do your research and look him up. Good lawyers are expensive for a reason!! This guy is a joke.

Mr Johnson has a lot of experience and if you have a difficult immigration case he is really knows what he is doing, he has a lot of experience and he knows how to handle difficult cases that other attorneys would not take, he is hard to catch but he is an expert.

I went to Austin Johnson on a recommendation from a friend, during the initial consultation he told me what I needed to do for my personal injury case in regards to my car accident. His staff was extremely helpful in setting up appointments for the doctors and chiropractors. After the long haul process going through the doctors, getting recommendations and the arbitration I was awarded a significant amount of money, but he didn't stop there though, he negotiated with my doctors to get them to lower my debt and saved me a very large amount of money. I will definitely see Mr. Johnson again and I will refer ALL of my friends to him as well.

Austin Johnson is the worst attorney in Utah. He never answers his phone and changes offices without any notice to his clients. In fact Austin Johnson should look up the the word client. What a joke and waste of hard earned money

He is never in his office. He NEVER answers his phone. He does not reply to emails or return voicemails. His secretary is not helpful at all, she only takes messages (that never get returned) He talks himself up to get your retainer fee then he disappears! BEWARE!! He does not care about his clients and he doesnt do hard work to help them. HE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED, there is a lot of fraud with him! I believe he takes all cases that are offered to him, but the difficult ones he avoids and ignores!!

a friend of mine seek the advice of the Lawyer Austin Johnson, and he give him a lot of $ $ $ $ as first payment to represent his wife in an immigration issue, but has not done anything to try to solve the problem that has the Wife of My Friend . The Advocate is a fraud, thief and liar. The Bureau of Attorneys should investigate very well, and remove the License. because this person is a liar .. He is HORRIBLE, HARD TO FIND,he WILL ruin certain cases, he is NOT a good IMMIGRATION lawer, he has lost many cases in that area, he is IRRESPONSABLE, he has lost important letters, he dresses UNPROFESSIONAL. as an Immigration Lawyer he has not a single idea of what he is doing. he should stick to what he knows what to do. instead of using people as lab rabits, he needs to organize better, and have a friendlier staff,and stop involbing his wife so much in peoples cases. he is LAZY, he doesnt do things when you need him to, even AFTER you pay the fee to get your servise done, he changes offices like changing your underwear. Austin Johnson, needs to go back to Law School.

Auastin was not that great but GERMAN T. FLORES was a piece of crap. He was so expensive and did not know what he was doing. I liked Johnson way better. Please take all GERMAN T. FLORES' clients and do the Mexican peoeple a favor. I really hate GERMAN FLORES!!

I have had Mr.Johnson represent our family in immigration matters and a personal injury matter over a period of 8 years. In all cases, he was 100% successful in getting the job well done and protected our interests. He is honest, fair, astute,reasonable and has integrity. My wife and I hired this attorney late last year for a simple personal injury case. Perhaps our case was not big enough, but we couldn't get our calls answered and the staff seemed rude and overstressed. We were forced to hire another firm to finish the job.

I am glad I went to Austin Johnson rather than German Flores. The only thing that German brought to court worth anything was his fleas. Sad, there is no vaccine against stupidity. German will have to wait a little longer. Too bad stupidity isn't painful, German would live in the drug store. We all spring from apes but German didn't spring far enough. We know that German would go to the end of the world for his clients, but he please stay there? German is such a smart-*** I bet he could sit on a carton of ice cream and tell what flavor it is. Austin is such a good layer, honest...keep it up.

German Flores is the most insecure person known to me. I will make sure he is not practicing law anymore. He has no friends--only backstabbing acquaintances. I know this because I speak to them all the time. This is not a vendetta towards him—it is only to stop him from practicing something he does not know how to do, LAW!!! German T. Flores, German T. Austin did a very good job with my friend's case. My friend first tried to go to a pathitic attorney named GERMAN FLORES, then he tried Austin Johnson. He was very pleased with Austins work; however, he was not happy with GERMAN'S work ethics. I will tell all my friends to use Austin instead of that other evil man named AKA, GERMAN FLORES! I will explain the following attributes of no importance for German Flores: Persistence, knowledge of accounting and finance, knowledge of marketing, confidence, leadership and the ability to inspire, ability to communicate effectively, integrity, having the right advisors, good networking skills, motivation and ambition, having a good idea or plan, being able to build a solid team, being able to execute, having a bias towards action. German Flores has a lack of comprehension. German does not understand most written or verbal communication that happens in a day-to-day process. German is deficient in the ability to understand the meaning or importance of terminology and the relation of comprising anything. German is deficient in understanding with a psychological state in relation to an object or person whereby one is able to think about it and use concepts to be able to deal adequately with that object. German does not understand spoken, written, or gestural communication. German cannot classify, describe, discuss, explain, express, identify, indicate, locate, recognize, report, restate, review, select, and translate information with others unless done emotionally, he is an emotional wreck. He is short of the ability to grasp meaning, explain, restate ideas, means of understanding the basic information and translating, interpreting and extrapolating ideas and simple step by step problem solving solutions. GERMAN!!!!

I cannot believe that German Flores is still practicing law. I think it is a joke. I bet that any attorney would run circles around German. DO NOT USE GERMAN FLORES! he is a scam artist. I am going to do everything in my power to make sure he is not practicing law anymore. I have a great team of people that are helping me on a day-to-day basis on making sure we have enough evidence to take him out of practice. It is going to come when he least expects it. I have to tell the truth. My friend wswitched from German Flores to Autin Johnson. He says that Austin is a good layer, but that German Flores is not. I have heard that many times before.
