Mr. Gary Neinstien represented us in a malpractice suit a number of years ago. the trial was a difficult and protracted one because of opposing counsels' remanding of dates. Mr neinstein remained professional supportive and empathetic. until the issuewas ultimately resolved. we are eternally grateful for his assistance and never hesitate to refer him to people in need of such an upstanding professional

No seemed to care or fight for me. During the litigation the other side made me feel my injuries and loss of work were my fault. Gary Neinstein protected me, fought for me and treated me as family, helping me find furniture and clothes when I was evicted. I settled and received more than expected.

The case involving my son dragged on for about 5 years as it was sitting there gathering dust. Nobody follows up, and there was no communication initiated by the lawyer. Every time I called to try to get an update, there would be a different associate and this lawyer would appear for a few minutes to express his sympathy. The "settlement" after all the years were negligible, after deducting all the fees charged, including huge volumes of hospital records, which I don't believe were reviewed by this lawyer.

Be wary of using this lawyer. My experience with this lawyer was extremely poor. He was always unprepared, he neglected critical elements to the case, he didn't get appropriate experts and he was ineffective in arguing case. I've since found out that he has a questionable legal history. Google his name and read up on him before making your decision to have this lawyer represent you.
