Orrin represented my ex. We came to an agreement in the hallway and initialed all the changes. Orrin said he would turn the agreed upon changes in to the clerk. After my attorney and I walked away, he amended the agreement by making a remark in the margin that significantly changed our agreement. Four years later he advised his client to sue me for non-compliance with the fraudulent change knowing that I had changed attorneys and had no way to prove his fraud. I made a complaint to the bar, but without irrefutable proof of the act, there is no consequence for his action. After refusing to give in and requesting a trial on the issue, my ex ended up dropping the complaint. Orrin's dishonesty cost me $10K in court costs to fight against the $9K they were requesting in penalties. There was no way I was paying him a dime as reward for fraud! This man belongs in jail. Unscrupulous!
