This "attorney" is a tool of Kaiser Permanente and does not have the clients best interest at heart. She works as an arbiter for Kaiser and knows full well that the gravy train runs out as soon as she rules against them. She will even send you a pretty hefty bill if your case is ever heard. It's so unfortunate that she has sold her soul for an easy buck, making it that much harder for your average person to receive a fair shot. No heart, no conscious, no empathy. Please do not make the mistake of working with this woman. She knows where her real money comes from.
