If Illegal and/or unethical behavior is your thing, Kendall is your man. Kendall allegedly did all of the following in one case: He wrote to his client's monitor claiming the opposing attorney okayed an action; she had not. He passed off an unsigned Order After Hearing and claimed it was a court order permitting his client new freedoms. He was involved in arranging a telephone call from a bogus CPS investigator. The case took a detour to children's court before returning to family court. Kendall's most egregious act was providing CPS with HIS VERSION of a Statement of Decision which CPS used to try to fool a children's court judge into believing the document was a family court order. The judge learned the truth, the deputy county counsel was reassigned, and the children's court case was dismissed.
