We are so appreciative of Ken's tireless efforts to defend us. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs legal representation in cases dealing with unlicensed contractors, home flippers and defective construction. As we discovered, these cases require "gutsy" legal representation and Ken is definitely the attorney the good guys need on their side. Additionally Ken is dedicated, honest and a "shark" when he sees that clients have been cheated or treated unfairly. His integrity is beyong reproach. We have no doubt that our outcome would have been as favorable if not for Ken's excellent representation.

Ken is a great attorney and a genuinely good person at heart. He cares about his clients, his work product and takes the time to do both correctly. Ken is invested in his cases and truly enjoys his work. I would refer him to any individual that needed assistance with a civil litigation suit.

I live in a condo development. I had major problems with my association, including their failure to repair roof leaks. My condo got flooded. I was referred to Ken by a friend who had used him. Ken sued my Association, and we settled for more than I could ever have imagined. He did such a great job for me. I would recommend him highly.

I engaged a contractor to do some work for me. Without either my oral or written consent the contractor charged me for work not in our contract. He then went over and filed a mechanics lien on the property. I was in total distress till Ken took over my case. I was referred to Ken by a friend. I had already hired an attorney who was so timid and weak and simply wanted to settle the case. It was a lawsuit of six figure at play. Boy, was I lucky to find Ken. He aggressively pursued the case and turned it around strategically and won. Like most people I avoid attorneys, court house, summons and what have you. Ken has the ability to lift you up and put you at ease the worrisome effect of any lawsuit. For me Ken is not only my only attorney but also my friend. I'm very happy to recommend Ken to anyone in dire legal situations.

Ken is a great attorney and I am glad that I chose to hire him. He recently settled my lawsuit against a contractor (asbestos). He and his legal team (attorney Mark O’Brien was outstanding as well) were professional, expedient and focused throughout the entire litigation process. Ken’s fees were fair, and he went far out of his way to save me money from day one. Communication is his strong point, as he was always available for any issues that arose during my case. I will definitely refer others to him, and I will continue to use Ken’s expertise in the future. I am very satisfied with his quality of work-- and with the results he was able to get for me and my family from the settlement.

I just settled my construction defect case after over two years of litigating. I am glad I left changed after about six months. My new lawyer did two things-- immediately add my architect (I got $300k from him) and video my mess before I fixed it. Litigation is a long and hard process and you need to really like your lawyer. He didn't do it for me. There is more but this is enough.
